Cats do Roam

Every barn should have a cat to look after maintenance. They will help keep rodents away from grain and food storage areas, and you'll enjoy watching the cats as well as have the satisfaction of giving them a much-needed home! Hank and Newman are both strays, abandoned in the country to fend for themselves.

Both these cats made their way to Spinning Wheel Alpaca Farm, they were dewormed, provided shots, give flea medication and Hank was spayed. Newman's previous owner was kind enough to have him neutered, but for some reason he could not stay with this home. Both cats are not your typical feral cats, but very affectionate, living the barn life of reily.

They have it made and look after the rodent population. Prior to the cats, mice where scattering everywhere....now no mice are located in the barn.
