 Opal is one gal we do not want to see leave our farm, but with all the cria-ating we are establishing, it is time to make room. Opal has some great lines to offer any breeding program. She is bred to our very own Reserve Champion SWA Buster Brown for a 2008 cria and this female cria born May 6th, 2008 will be at side. This match had their first offspring together last year, and SWA Sousy Q did very well in the show ring. Placing 2nd at Alpaca Canada, we are extremely happy with this mix. HBD Opal has placed 3rd in the progeny class 2006 out of 11 entries.
Opal is confirmationally correct and has been a great milk producers for all her cria. She is a super mom an passes along some good genetics to her offspring. We will be keeping her last years offspring to keep her lines within the SWA farm name.
